The Sweet Spot Rentals are the only vacation rentals located right in the heart of San Felipe – on the Malecon, San Felipe’s main street. With one side of the street open onto the beach, you have the Sea mere steps away from your room. You will also be within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in San Felipe’s downtown.
The rooms themselves are an intimate collection of 4 uniquely decorated units.

- With the exception of holidays/special events, we offer a 5% discount to special interest groups: A.A.A., A.A.R.P., Culinary professionals, Educators & Students, Healthcare professionals First Responders (Fire, Law Enforcement), Military, Government employees, Harley Owners Group, Travel agents & Travel writers.
- With the exception of holidays/special events, our clients accrue a 5% loyalty reward on the pre-tax value of their paid reservation; the loyalty reward can be used for up to 1 year from the date it was accrued.
- Reservations must be confirmed by deposit. Balance payments are due 14 to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. We accept most major credit cards, PayPal and checks.
